We also honor purchase orders from established corporate accounts. Please contact your credit card customer service and/or BIOHH with any payment discrepancies.
BIOHH CORPORATE ACCOUNTS
BIOHH will ship against a purchase order if your company has an established account with BIOHH. To set up an account, please call us at 1-866-99-25263 or (952)-601-5982 for a credit application and terms.
Orders that comply with all authorization criteria, placed Monday-Friday before 12pm EST, will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12pm EST will ship the following business day.
*We DO NOT ship nor deliver on holidays or weekends.
Order transit times will follow these guidelines: GroundComm = approx 3-7 business days NextDayAir = the following business day 2ndDayAir = 2 business days after the order is shipped (Ex: If your order was placed early on Monday, then it will arrive on Wednesday) 3 Day Select = 3 business days after the order is shipped (Ex: If your order was placed on Monday, then it will arrive on Thursday).
BIOHH will ship international with a charge of $45.00 USD per order.**Please note that there may be additional taxes and duty fees charged by your country's customs department for which BIOHH is not responsible. These fees will not be included in the quoted shipping cost of your order. International orders' delivery time can take up to 2 weeks, dependent on customs.
SHIPPING
BIOHH will same day ship in-stock orders placed before 3pm EST/EDT. Please note that this applies to UPS shipments to US addresses on standard business days. We will provide an estimated delivery date on special orders.If an item or items on your order are out of stock at the time of shipment, BIOHH will send an Out of Stock Notification via email with an availability date.
For destinations within the continental United States, we use UPS Ground Commercial and Residential. Cost is $6.00 for the apparel and $0.50 for each apparel item. The same rates apply to US Priority Mail service to APO addresses.
For Canadian addresses, we use US Global Priority mail. The shipping charges will not appear on your initial online order; we will promptly reply to your order with the calculated shipping charges and give you a chance to continue or discontinue the order.
Rush Shipments are available within the continental U.S. UPS Second Day Air is $15 for the first item plus $3 for each additional item. UPS Next Day Air (delivery by 10:30 a.m., noon, or end of day the next business day depending on destination) is $30 for the first item plus $5 for each additional item. UPS Next Day Air Saver (delivery by 3:00 p.m. or 4:30 p.m. to commercial destinations within the 48 contiguous states where UPS Next Day Air delivery is committed by 10:30 a.m. or noon, respectively; residential deliveries to UPS Next Day Air Saver destinations receive delivery by end of day) is $25 for the first item plus $5 for each additional item.
